I missed part of the first episode of ECW on Sci-Fi channel last night.
I tuned in and caught the match between Former WWE champion Kurt Angle Vs Justin Credible. I like Justin but Kurt gave him an ass kicking last night for sure. The head butt near the end of the match was awesome.
Then the 10 man battle Royal was intense, featuring, Tommy Dreamer, Balls Mahoney, The FBI, Sabu, Big Show (I forget the other 3)< In a no DQ, all wepons allowed anything goes match. The way Big Show was throwing people outta the Ring I was surprised that Sabu won. I think that gives him a shot at Cena next Monday night on RAW.

*Grabs my chest* Fake..Not its not fake, WWE wrestlers make eigagerated moves but still when you land flat on your back from four to 6 feet up, That Can not be faked.
ECW wrestlers get thrown from 10 foot ladders onto wooden tables, They routinly get an aluiminum trashcan wrapped around their heads, they get slamed onto the mat that is covered with thousands of Thumbtacks.
Everyweek Wrestlers are injured with everything from dislocated shoulders (Trish Stratus), Broken neck (Kurt Angle) Torn cartildge (John Cena, Victoria) broken ankle (Shawn Michaels)
Wrestling is Sports Entertainment, But fake it ain't

No, don't take it the wrong way, I understand that if Triple H hit Shawn Michaels in the head with a sledge hammer, he would Not be getting up, or if Hacksaw Jim Duggan really broke a 2x4 over someones back. But if you watch it for a while you gota give them boys a little credit for the entertaining moves they do.

Like this move where Undertaker throws Mick Foley off of a 16 foot Steel cage that sits upon a 4 foot tall ring onto the announcers table. It was planned, but still, try to imagine a 20 + foot fall onto a table that has tv monitors built into it...Damn!
I have been watching Wrestling since about '67 when I use to go see AWA wrestling in Peoria, Then CCW over in Evansville and the ICW that performed in all the local towns (Includeing one time at my High School). I have seen NWA, UWF, WWF. PCW, GLOW, WWE And WCW, not to mention all the little no name outfits that still show up out here in the middle of nowhere. I have met a lot of the wrestling stars outside the ring. It is a hard life and I admire the athletisim that they have
